Eastside Village

Project on design development stage.

Represented is the walking community of Eastside Village's Main Street with an integral town square. Architectural language proposed for the community consists of cement based shingle siding, stucco, and brick. This development is designed to emulate a series of individual downtown buildings. Pitched roofs, dormers, balconies, and covered walkways add depth as well as a variety of mixed-use opportunities for future retail, business, and residential uses.
