Hendersonville Firehouse      Hendersonville, North Carolina

Completed in 2000, this central firehouse for the city of Hendersonville is situated on a difficult downtown site replacing an otherwise unutilized park building. With fire truck bays on the lower level and dormitory and administrative spaces on the main level, the exterior was designed in a residential style to fit into a historic downtown neighborhood.
