This 8.81 acre Equity-Residence Club is currently being developed along US 64 just east of Cashiers, North Carolina.  Construction to date includes six fractional-ownership cottages, the 5,175 sf Reception and Clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts.  Build-out planning calls for a total of 24 fractional-ownership cottages.  Cottages are complete with Living/Dining/Kitchen Great Room, Main Level Master Suite,  Covered Deck areas, Lower Level Entertainment areas, and a second Master Suite for gracious lodging of two couples or a family.  Clubhouse includes Reception and Sales area, Common Membership Entertainment and Fitness areas, and Membership Storage.  Buildings are planned in a mountain indigenous style featuring materials considered local to this mountainous region.  Building siting and orientation is along steep west-facing slopes taking advantage of mountainous terrain and short-range views.
